About Bernard
Forty years of Tuscaloosa real estate, from building homes to managing them.
I entered real estate in 1986. Over 40 years I've worked in nearly every part of it: subdivision development, homebuilding, commercial leasing, residential sales, and property and association management. I founded Harwood Real Estate in 1993.
I'm a graduate of the University of Alabama, and I'm active in the Homebuilders Association, the Association of Realtors, the Community Associations Institute and the Rotary Club of Tuscaloosa.
Today I run Harwood Properties, the property management division of Harwood Real Estate, from my office at the Summit, and I still list homes for sale.
